Libraries – borrow books for free

The public libraries provide free access to all kinds of media, including books, newspapers/magazines, music, DVDs, audiobooks and online resources – all for free. It is possible to borrow materials in many different languages, usually for one month at a time.

In addition, they often organize different activities, such as events for children.

Copenhagen is more than H. C. Andersen and the little mermaid.  Why not engage in urban gardening, help reduce surplus food or go for a swim during the winter?
